Shipping and Returns

Shipping
Goods in-stock will be shipped within 2 working days of cleared payments via the postal service, charged at a predefined rate.
Please Note: All New customer orders Must be sent to the card holders registered address.

 

Collect in Person from Shop

Customers can make a purchase online and then collect in store by selecting collect from shop at the checkout. You will be notified once your order has been picked and is ready for collection. Please bring your emailed receipt with you as proof of purchase.  

 

Overseas Postage

We currently ship to Austria, Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Poland, Portugal, USA.

If your country is not listed, please email us before placing an order so that appropriate delivery charge can be made.

Failure to provide Necessary information

The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information for their order, including a full delivery address. If you fail to do so, we can not fulfill your order.

We will make every reasonable attempt to post your order and contact you through your provided phone number or email address but if we are still unable to do so within 30 days, due to (the customer's failure to provide a full address and/or inability to be contacted)  you will not be automatically refunded as laid out in the Consumer Rights Act 2015

*If the customer is unable to receive their order due to their own lack of information, you will not be able to claim a refund based on the Consumer Rights Act 2015.* 


Returns
Faulty or Damaged goods
Whilst every attempt is made to deliver the goods to you in pristine condition, any damages or breakages must be notified within 72 hours of receipt. If an item is damaged upon receipt, please provide us with photos of the damage and await a reply before sending anything back. Do Not Just Return The Item As You Will Not Be Reimbursed For The Postage!  
All our products are covered by the manufactures warranty if the product develops a fault within this period please inform us and we can arrange for the item to be returned, assessed, repaired or replace. (We will reimburse the return postage)

Unwanted Goods / Error in ordering by the customer
If you change your mind about a product you bought from us or you order the wrong item by mistake, we offer a 14 Day returns no questions asked. All we ask is that you notify us by email before sending it back. Provided the product is returned in it’s original packaging still sealed and unused, only the value of those item(s) will then be refunded. (Excluding any postage paid)
Opened items can be returned Provided they are in a resalable condition but will be subject to a restocking fee up to 30% of the purchase price.
We also require a receipt or proof of purchase to process the return

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

 

Pre-owned Goods

We offer a 90 day guarantee on pre-owned locomotives. If your locomotive develops a fault within this period, please email us before returning it. we will do our best to fix the fault if we are unable to, a gift voucher will be issued to the value of your purchase to spend online.

All Pre-owned goods are checked for defects and tested before being listed on our website.  Unwanted Pre-owned goods can not be returned for a full refund instead a gift voucher to the value of your purchase will be issued to spend online, excluding any postage paid. Please email us before returning any goods 

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. 

 



Gifted Items
Items bought as gifts in December can be returned up-to 15th January of the next year.

The same conditions apply as above



Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your Paypal or original method of payment, within 2 working days.
