Shipping and Returns
Goods in-stock will be shipped within 2 working days of cleared payments via the postal service, charged at a predefined rate.
Collect in Person from Shop
Customers can make a purchase online and then collect in store by selecting collect from shop at the checkout. You will be notified once your order has been picked and is ready for collection. Please bring your emailed receipt with you as proof of purchase.
Please email us before placing an order so that appropriate delivery charge can be made.

Faulty or Damaged goods
Whilst every attempt is made to deliver the goods to you in pristine condition, any damages or breakages must be notified within 72 hours of receipt.
All our products are covered by the manufactures warranty if the product develops a fault within this period please inform us and we can arrange for the item to be returned, assessed, repaired or replace. (We will reimburse the return postage)
If you change your mind about a product you bought from us, we offer a 28 Day returns no questions asked.
Provided the product is returned in it’s original packaging still sealed and unused.
Opened items can be returned Provided they are in a resalable condition but will be subject to a restocking fee up to 30% of the purchase price.
We also require a receipt or proof of purchase to process the return
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Items bought as gifts in December can be returned up-to 15th January of the next year.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your Paypal or original method of payment, within 2 working days.
